Trying to burn calories off with long cardio type exercises that are boring and produce inflammation, cravings and muscle atrophy

Eating bland and boring foods with low caloric density so they attempt to feel full while munching down airy fairy rabbit food

Count their calories and count their steps, occupying a huge amount of mental space with little or no pay off

Trying to do more exercise and more deprivation because they think more is better and their lack of results must mean they aren’t doing enough
All of this requires time and energy.
The problem isn't diet and exercise itself it's that this model of reducing calorie intake and exercising off calories from food and existing body fat perfectly flawed in that is makes total sense to everybody who encounters it, but it most often leads to the opposite results you’d expect.
